**As of August 15, 2024, project was awarded to Veit & Company Inc., awarded amount is $790,780.49.** Ramsey County, through the Parks & Recreation Department, seeks a qualified contractor to construct artificial turf field for Tuj lub, volleyball, Takraw and lighting at Keller Regional Park in Maplewood, MN. Contractor Questions Due: July 12, 2024 All inquiries/questions to be submitted via email. Procurement Specialist Email: karen.bollinger@co.ramsey.mn.us Ramsey County reserves the right to contract with one or more Contractors based on the evaluation criteria stated in this solicitation. The term of the resulting Agreement is anticipated to begin on August 12, 2024. Work shall not begin until the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Substantial completion shall take place by November 15, 2024. The solicitation response shall remain valid for 120 days starting on the solicitation response due date The county has established a goal of 20% women and 32% minority goal for site workforce utilization for the project
