Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grove City, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Subject to the right of Grove City to reject any or all bids, Grove City will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid. Project consists of the renovation of the existing Big Splash Swimming Pool to include but not limited to the replacement of the granite gutter grates with a new stainless-steel gutter and tube system, lining the shell of the pool with a new PVC membrane, reconnecting the existing plumbing and testing of the lines. The estimated costs of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications for the various bids are: Base Bid: $ 850,000.00. The work shall commence within sixty (60) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. The work shall be completed by May 1, 2025. The City Anticipates issuing the Notice to Proceed by August 30, 2024. The City of Grove City, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects as the interest of the City may require; and, to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for the Contract.
