Description The City of Grove City intends to contract for Consulting City Engineering and Professional Design Services. The selected firms will represent the City by providing general planning services, private development plan review and inspection services, and capital improvement planning, design, and construction services. The City of Grove City is seeking proposals from experienced civil engineering consulting firms for contract city engineering services and professional design services. The City of Grove City will enter into a contract with the most qualified firm to serve as the primary city engineer consultant. The City will also contract with the second most qualified firm to fulfill the duties if the primary firm has a conflict of interest and to provide additional support to the City as needed. Contracts with other firms may be considered. The duration of the contracts will be a maximum of four years. The City may reject any proposals received or cancel this process at any time for any reason, and the City will have no liability for taking such action. The City reserves the right to waive minor variations in the selection process.
