Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bowmanville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) is seeking a qualified Contractor to complete the construction of Phase 3 of the Soper Creek Trail located in the Soper Creek valley, east of Sprucewood Crescent, north of the existing Phase 2 trail, and south of Cotton Street in Bowmanville. All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained within the tender document. The scope of works includes: - Construction of the Soper Creek Trail from the Phase 2 terminus to Cotton Street including clearing / grubbing, earthworks, culvert installation, retaining wall installation, implementation of trail base and asphalt paving, installation of a pedestrian gates, chain link fencing, benches, sidewalk, tree planting, and general boulevard and area restoration. The work is located in Bowmanville within the Municipality of Clarington at the following location: - Soper Creek Trail located in the Soper Creek valley, east of Sprucewood Crescent, north of the existing Phase 2 trail, and south of Cotton Street in Bowmanville Documents can be obtained at: https://clarington.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Tue Jul 2, 2024 2:00:00 PM (EDT) Award subject to final approval
