Construction of a new community center in Bowmanville. The first phase of the new facility, which will include a gymnasium and multi-purpose rooms for registered and drop-in programs; a sports dome and indoor walking track; and an outdoor skating rink. TIMELINE: The owner has issued a Notice of Intended Procurement. The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) will be seeking Proposals from qualified firms who have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide great value in the delivery of the Design-Bid-Build project for the South Bowmanville Recreation Complex.
