Lakeridge Health (LH) invite the general contractors from the prequalification process from RFSQ No 2726575841 issued by MMC on September 15, 2022 to submit proposals for the Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Historical Building Relocation Project. Lakeridge Health (LH) has received Ministry of Health approval for construction of a new hospital building that will be built on the site of the Lambert House. The Lambert House is considered a historical building and due to its cultural value Lakeridge Health is issuing this proposal to relocate the building in preparation for the new building construction. To prepare its site for this upcoming project, LH is proceeding with a Historical Building Relocation construction project to relocate the Lambert House to the west end of the campus on Liberty Street between Queen St and Prince St. Accordingly, this invitational Request For Proposal (RFP) seeks to ensure the services of a pre-qualified contractor to undertake this Historical Building Relocation project. The successful Proponent to this RFP will have the necessary project experience, leadership and team members and partnerships with qualified and experienced subcontractors to meet the full scope of the Historical Building Relocation project within the timelines required.
