Reconstruction and urbanization of Baseline Road from Mearns Avenue to Lambs Road in Bowmanville located within the Municipality of Clarington. The proposed road reconstruction will include: Road widening and urbanization of the existing two-lane road. Installation of storm sewers for drainage. Pedestrian facilities, including new sidewalks and a multi-use path. Streetlighting upgrades, as required. Intersection upgrades, as required. Landscaping and boulevard enhancements. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing & will be completed in 2026. Updates on construction timelines may be available late spring 2026.
