(a) One-Storey Building Rehabilitation 1 Mobilize to site and install environmental and utilities protection and access/work platforms; 2 Remove and salvage interior timber retaining wall planks; 3 Remove asphalt full depth in front of foundation walls; 4 Excavate and stockpile fill along interior foundation wall; 5 Carry out partial depth concrete removals at interior foundation wall; .6 Abrasive blast clean concrete removal areas: 7 Supply and install dowels and reinforcing steel at concrete removals; 8 Carry out partial depth concrete repair at interior foundation wall; .9 Install concrete sealer at interior foundation wall; .10 Reinstate stockpiled fill and supply place and compact new asphalt; .11 Supply and install new epoxy sill plate anchors adjacent to existing and decommission existing anchor; .12 Reinstate stockpiled interior timber retaining wall planks: .13 Reinforce existing roof joists at entrance canopy; .14 Reinforce existing timber header and end supports at entrance canopy; .15 Remove and replace roof shingles including installation of bituminous membrane and ice and water shield; .16 (provisional) Supply and install additional framing reinforcement: .17 (provisional) Supply and install additional plywood sheathing panels over interior face of existing sheathing; 18 Remove environmental and utilities protection and access/work platforms and demobilize from site; A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT.
