Renovation of an educational facility in Marlboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Improvement for Marlboro Elementary School. A bidder shall be required to deposit with their bid, security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid, but not more than $20,000.00 in the form of certified check or bid bond Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes properly marked identifying bids. It is understood and agreed that any person in the Office of the Board of Education will be absolved from responsibility for premature opening of any proposal not properly identified. No bids will be received after the time specified above for opening, nor will any proposal allowed to be modified or withdrawn after the time set for the opening. The Marlboro Township Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
