Site work, new construction and renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Marlboro, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The intent of this project is to develop schematic drawings through final construction documents for a new vehicle storage building, schematic drawings only for interior alterations to the existing maintenance building, the extension of a new water service line, and associated site work as required, at Monmouth County Highway Division District No. 10 at 690 County Route 520 (Newman Springs Road) in the Township of Marlboro.
