The location of the project site is: Block 105 Lot 2.01 Chesterfield Township, NJ Constructing a new correctional facility for women based on trauma-informed, normative design responses The Arrangement of the Individual Buildings Should Reflect a Campus Concept Where Women Will Move Across a Secure Campus to Centralized Services and Programs. Observation of This Internal Movement Will Be Observed Through Surveillance as Well as Stationary and Moving Officer's Stations. Maintaining and Enhancing the Natural Environment Will Be Paramount in Achieving the Objectives of a Normalized Setting. Consultant must be prequalified with the DPMC in Architecture (P001) with a dollar rating of Unlimited. The Consultant Shall Also Have in-house Capabilities or Identify Sub-consultants Prequalified in the Following Disciplines: 1. Electrical Engineering P002, 2. Hvac Engineering P003, 3. Plumbing Engineering P004, 4. Civil Engineering P005, 5. Structural Engineering P007, 6. Fire Protection Engineering P010, 7. Environmental Engineering P011, 8. Landscape Design P013, 9. Waste/water Treatment P054 the Consultant Should Also Identify All Additional Architectural, Engineering and Specialty Consultant Disciplines Necessary to Complete the Project as Described in the Scope of Work. 1.
