Site work for a civil project in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a development; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 9, 2024, project was awarded to Earthwork Services, Inc., awarded amount is $499,470.86.** Est. Completion Date: Sept. 5, 2025 Work shall consist of approximately 230 LF of various sizes of storm sewer piping, one storm water manhole structure, 530 LF of perforated pipe, 6,900 CY of unclassified excavation waste, placement of 275 Tons of rip rap, storm detention pond construction, embankment construction, and related items. The project involves the construction of Boulder Ridge Second Addition Stormwater Improvement Project. The project includes installation of 186 linear feet of 48-inch storm sewer pipe from the existing 36-inch pipe through Slate Drive to an approximate 0.5-acre constructed detention pond with a 30-inch outlet pipe. The channel downstream of the detention pond to Normandy Street would be excavated to deepen and slightly widen the channel, resulting in an increase of channel area by 0.11-acre. To remove groundwater, 200 feet of drain tile would be installed under the channel upstream of Normandy Street.
