All work under this advertisement shall be started on a date to be specified in a written order from the City Commission. Work shall consist of approximately 230 LF of various sizes of storm sewer piping, one stormwater manhole structure, 530 LF of perforated pipe, 6,900 CY of unclassified excavation waste, placement of 275 Tons of rip rap, storm detention pond construction, embankment construction, and related items. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof and reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities whenever it is for the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
