Site work and paving for a civil project in Greensboro, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project will include the paving of various town streets, water meter replacement, and associated drainage improvements. The proposed improvements are funded by a Community Development Block Grant and is subject to State and Federal regulations as indicated in the specification package. Completion date for these projects will be 120 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $200.00 per day. The Greensboro Town Hall reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Town of Greensboro. Question Deadline 07/16/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
