Cost Range: $150,000 - $175,000 GCA Odessa Facility 2024 Pipe Gallery Repair with the work located at 2760 Grandview, Odessa, Texas 79766 The project includes the following, at the Pipe Gallery building: Remove and replace the roof coating, mostly on 100' of the Southwest end of the older 1956 building, Extract and replace joint materials throughout the whole roof top. On Interior of the older 100' Southwest building's concrete ceiling; clean and carefully extract loose material - about 334 square feet. Depending on depth of damage either Coat the stabilized surface, or Trowel over using special mortar, or Cut-out and recast, using forms and new reinforcement. GCA will evaluate offers in relation to the selection criteria contained in the bid documents and will select the proposal that offers the best value for GCA based upon the selection criteria and weighted value for each criterion. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project includes: A. Partial replacement of a deteriorated roof coating including removal of old coating, preparation and repair of concrete deck, and application of new coating. B. Removal and reapplication of roof's expansion joint material. C. Repair of concrete ceiling of pipe gallery. There are three levels of repair which may be required, depending on apparent damage.
