Replace flooring at Hawkins Hall Nursing Lab located at 47 Beekman Street in Plattsburgh NY, 12901. Flooring Renovation: 1.) Remove vinyl cove base, marmoleum flooring, subfloor, and sleepers. a. Subfloor under walls to remain. 2.) Install pressure treated sleepers that match existing sleeper dimensions. 3.) Install subfloor and luxury vinyl tile. 4.) Install new cove base. 5.) Install 1/4 round where flooring meets wooden baseboard. All work on this Contract is to be completed within the time frame indicated in the Project Schedule portion of the Project Manual, starting immediately upon the notice to proceed, after the contract approval date of the New York State Comptroller (if applicable).
