Site work and paving for a road / highway in Spencer, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work will include the currently unpaved portion of East Elm Street and North Haslow Street, consisting of preparation of in place crushed material and laying 3" hot mix asphalt. This section is approximately 20 feet in width and approximately 650 feet long. Patching includes three water main breaks on village streets and one in a private driveway. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
