Site work for a mixed-use development in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project Includes Reconstruction of Four Rain Gardens at the Blair Regional Ymca, 1111 Hewit St, Hollidaysburg, Pa 16648 - Hollidaysburg Borough, Blair County. Work Consists of Vegetation Removal, Excavation & Grading, Cleaning & Reinstalling Existing Storm Pipes, Rain Garden Construction, Topsoil Placement & Seeding. The Project Also Involves Plantings & Hardwood Mulch, but This Work is Being Handled by Others and is Not in the Contractor's Scope of Work. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing The District Reserves the Right to Postpone or Cancel Receipt of Bids, and to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, in Whole or in Part of the Best Interest of the District Will Be Served Thereby. The successful bidder will be required to execute contract documents. Evidence of insurance coverage, as described in the bid documents, must be furnished prior to issuance of a contract and the commencement of work. The work shall be substantially complete within 30 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The anticipated completion date is on or about September 20, 2024
