Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belding, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the construction of approximately 0.95 miles of HMA overlay on Merrick Street in the City of Belding, including pavement markings, culvert replacement, ADA compliant sidewalk and ramps, and HMA curb. The City of Belding reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Belding. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing A pre-bid conference will not be held The Work will not begin before July 29, 2024, and will be substantially complete on or before August 30, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment on or before September 13, 2024
