Bid Package 4 - 100% Construction Documents Scope includes, Masonry (ECC: $1,605,110); Miscellaneous Metals (ECC: $610,129); Waterproofing, Damp-proofing, and Caulking (ECC: $239,200); Roofing and Flashing (ECC: $748,257); Glass and Glazing (ECC: $157,840); Tile (ECC: $493,870); Acoustical Tile (ECC: $413,112); and Painting (ECC: $170,113).
