Site work for a water / sewer project in Forsyth, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project generally consists of a gravity sewer line installation crossing Setting down Circle, crossing Georgia 400 (SR-19), and continuing along Setting down Road. This includes installation of approximately 4,200 linear feet of 12-inch PVC pipe, 800 linear feet of 8-inch PVC pipe, and other appurtenances as indicated in these drawings. Questions Due Date: Jul 10th 2024, 2:00 PM EDT All questions are to be asked via Bonfire under Opportunity Q&A. All work is to be completed as specified within 270 calendar days of issuance of Notice to Proceed. Each Bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Owner in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidders maximum Bid Price. Bid Security shall be cashiers check or Bid Bond The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond, in the forms provided in Exhibits D.1 and D.2 of the form of Construction Services Agreement attached hereto, each in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract.
