Water Distribution Line Replacement. This notification confirms the Bidders/Offerors' Conference to be held at the time and date specified above for this solicitation. Description The Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) is soliciting bids for a main water distribution line replacement. The specifications can be found in Attachment B of this RFQ. Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and currently are in good standings with all tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Other documents such as: E-Verify, Mandatory Worksheet, Tax Compliance Form, and Inmate Contact Form must be completed and uploaded to the bid. Please read the instructions carefully. 1. Unless indicated otherwise, the attendance is not mandatory; although Bidders/Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. However, in the event the conference has been identified as mandatory, then a representative of the Bidder/Offeror must attend the conference in its entirety to be considered eligible for contract award. 2. The Bidder/Offeror is strongly encouraged to allow ample travel time to ensure arrival in the conference meeting room prior to the beginning of any mandatory conference. The State Entity reserves the right to consider any representative arriving late to be "not in attendance."
