Renovation of a municipal facility in Forsyth, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) is soliciting bids for an elevator jack to be replaced on our dorm A elevator. Solicitation: 46600-26-DPS0000392, 46600-026-GPSTC0000392 The specifications can be found in Attachment B of this RFQ. Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and currently are in good standings with all tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Other documents such as: E-Verify, Mandatory Worksheet, Tax Compliance Form, and Inmate Contact Form must be completed and uploaded to the bid. Please read the instructions carefully. • Remove piston, cylinder, and debris. • Replace existing cylinder, using a new code compliant jack head and piston assembly (see alternate below), new pit equipment and PVC liner (space permitting). • Provide permitting, inspections, new oil, and waste disposal. • Reinstall pit equipment with new seals and gaskets. • Perform full load weight test. • Observe operation and return unit to service.
