The Monroe County Board Of Education is requesting submittals from qualified Construction Management firms for the construction of the Various Modifications at Hubbard Elementary School on Hwy 83 in Forsyth Ga. There are three major modifications to be considered under this proposal: (1) The re-roofing of all low slope roofs from a 4-ply built up roof to a 2-ply modified bitumen roof. (2) Provide additional storm drainage and improve the landscaping/drainage around the building. (3) Resurface/Improve the asphalt surfaces and drives around the building. The preliminary construction budget of the modifications noted above is $3,300,000 The Construction Management services shall include a Pre-construction Design Phase and a Construction Phase. The CM will provide comprehensive administration and management of all aspects of the construction of the project and will work in concert with the A/E towards the successful completion of the project on schedule, at or less than budgeted costs, meeting or exceeding standards stipulated by the construction documents, and in adherence with standards required by local authorities and other agencies having jurisdiction.
