Renovation of a municipal facility in Forsyth, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) is soliciting bids for the Firearms Bathroom Renovation Project. The specifications can be found in Attachment B of this RFQ. Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and currently are in good standings with all tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Other documents such as: E-Verify, Mandatory Worksheet, Tax Compliance Form, and Inmate Contact Form must be completed and uploaded to the bid. Please read the instructions carefully. Demo floors, ceilings, and walls as required to replace the deteriorated plumbing waste lines. Install new plumbing waste lines and new plumbing fixtures in women’s restroom, connec??ng to exis??ng waste line in the breakroom. Replace LVT flooring in disturbed area of the breakroom with new LVT flooring. Replace ceramic ??le flooring and walls in disturbed areas with new ??le flooring and walls. Paint in disturbed areas. Install new ceilings in areas of demolished ceilings. New ligh??ng in new ceilings. New solid plas??c toilet par????ons. New toilet accessoried. This scope covers the women’s restroom, and the mopsink in the adjacent room. Colors will need to be approved prior to installa??on by Kaylee Maynor.
