Liquidated Damages, per diem: $500.00/Day/Location. The SMWBE/LSA requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid. The SMWBE/LSA Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid.
