Vendor to then install the upgraded system, program, test, train, and hand over to upgraded system to Facilities Department Replacement of all door and motion sensors, keypads, and main control board. When the sum of the base bid plus all additive bid alternates is $125,000.00 or less, bid security is not required. When the sum of the base bid plus all additive alternates is greater than $125,000.00, a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount is required. Failure of the bidder to provide bid guarantee when required shall render the bid non-responsive.
