Renovation of a municipal facility in Chehalis, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Vendor to produce and supply all materials needed for the Alarm Upgrade. Vendor to then install the upgraded system, program, test, train, and hand over to upgraded system to Facilities Department Replacement of all door and motion sensors, keypads, and main control board. When the sum of the base bid plus all additive bid alternates is $125,000.00 or less, bid security is not required. When the sum of the base bid plus all additive alternates is greater than $125,000.00, a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount is required. Failure of the bidder to provide bid guarantee when required shall render the bid non-responsive. A bid bond or postal money order, or certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Lewis County Treasurer. Question Deadline 07/03/2024 at 11:00 AM PT The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals and to waive informalities that do not affect the essential fairness of the bidding process.
