Lewis County is looking for a qualified vendor to produce and supply interior door hardware for the Community Development Building. Lewis County is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide bids for the 31-2102 Door Hardware, located in Chehalis WA. A bid bond or postal money order, or certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Lewis County Treasurer. The Owner will return bid guarantees (other than bid bond) to unsuccessful bidders as soon as practicable, but not sooner than the execution of a contract with the successful bidder. When the sum of the base bid plus all additive bid alternates is $125,000.00 or less, bid security is not required. When the sum of the base bid plus all additive alternates is greater than $125,000.00, a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount is required. Failure of the bidder to provide bid guarantee when required shall render the bid non-responsive.
