Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Marks, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of St. Marks will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing the: ST. MARKS WATERLINE UPGRADE This project will include the replacement of approximately 5,000 linear feet of aging watermain, non-functional valves, and upgrades to fire hydrants. Completion date for this project will be 180 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $200.00 per day. All questions shall be submitted via email to TBurch@dewberry.com by July 19, 2024, at 5:00 PM (EST). The City of St. Marks reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of The City of St. Marks.
