The Scope of Work outlines the routine cleaning assignments to be completed daily, weekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and semi-annually. The contractor shall utilize their professional judgement on a day-to-day basis should it be necessary to manage unusual, unexpected, or specially requested cleaning which may not be outlined in this Scope of Work. The CITY shall not be charged for these services except for an exceptional type of assignment that would be substantially different from the day-to-day tasks that are outlined in this Scope of Work. SERVICE LOCATION The City Hall floor plan is attached to this RFQ for your reference and use. Gross square feet of City Hall is 34,298. There is also a covered walkway with 600 square feet. Question Deadline 07/01/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions shall be directed in writing to Jill Poolman at: jpoolman@port-orange.org and purchdiv@portorange.org TERM The Standard Contract for Services for Custodial Services at City Hall shall have an initial term of two (2) years with three (3) one (1) year renewal options, as agreed upon by both parties. AWARD Standard contract for services shall be awarded to the responsive and responsible contractor that provides the lowest total quote for the full scope of services.
