The Willamette Water Supply Commission (WWSS Commission) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking qualified prime contractors to provide planning phase and construction phase services for the Finished Water System Commissioning and Startup project, using the construction manager/general contractor delivery method. The FWS CSU project will include Planning Phase services, including: workshops to develop a detailed transmission system commissioning and startup plan, scheduling, and procurement and preconstruction services; and Construction Phase services, including construction of temporary treatment systems, a temporary outfall, and executing the steps of the transmission system commissioning and startup plan. Exhibit A - Statement of Work and its attachments include a detailed description of the Planning Phase and Construction Phase Work. There will be no Pre-Proposal Conference, and instead Proprietary Meetings may be requested by a Respondent as indicated in the RFP documents. The WWSP reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, modify, or cancel this RFP at any time if deemed to be in the best interest of the WWSP.
