The County requires an indefinite quantity of renovation and repair and construction services on an on-call basis for the construction, repair, rehabilitation, or alteration of various County facilities all located within Frederick County, Maryland. These projects are of either a recurring or one-time nature and occur wherein the delivery times and quantities are indefinite and projects are undefinable. The County makes no guarantees for either a minimum of work or minimum number of projects to be awarded to a Contractor under this contract. PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS: A fully executed performance and/ or payment bond for the full amount of the task order is required of the Contractor within ten days after task order is issued. The bond shall be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in Maryland. Acceptance of the form of bond will be determined at the sole discretion of the Director of P&C. No improperly completed bond, at the sole determination of the Director of P&C, will be accepted or considered for acceptance.
