Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Platte City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
On the Interurban Road Bridge crossing the Platte River, replace north and south bridge approach slabs which shall include but not be limited to furnishing all materials, labor and excavation necessary. Surface cracks in the substructure shall be pressure injected with epoxy including all materials and labor. Maintenance of ten feet on each bridge girder end shall include but not be limited to power washing and grinding of loose scale at abutment faces and applying primer and paint suitable for coating weathering steel. Primer and paint will be supplied by Platte County A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Platte County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A DBE Goal has not been established for this project, but the contractors are encouraged to seek DBE participation. No second tier subcontracting will be allowed in this project. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. MODOT - Interurban Road Bridge Maintenance
