Renovation of a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, performance/payment bonds and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project at Building 11144 includes the following: the removal of existing built-up gravel roof and replacement with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8 inch glass-mat roof board, to include exterior components such as flashing, roof walk pads, soffit, fascia, gutters, vents, etc. Procurement will be solicited as Historically Underutilized Business Zone ( HUBZone). The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $19M. Project magnitude is between $250,000 to $500,000. Please see attached solicitation and supporting documents. All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received NO LATER THAN 7 August 2024 at 1:00 PM MST. BIDDERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS EARLY IN THIS PROCESS. **After the due date no additional RFI's will be answered** *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
