Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Boissevain, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - Westview Lodge Personal Care Home, Evergreen Place and Boissevain Health Centre. Installation of new generators, new fire water services and fire hydrants, fire pumps, new fire alarm system, carbon monoxide detection systems, automatic sprinkler systems, firestopping, and interior finishes as required Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price. The Project is scheduled to be awarded by October 2024; General Contractor to begin on site no later than November 2024.
