* Owner does not release Bid Amount at this time. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced. All necessary permits, labour, materials, equipment, necessary for and reasonably incidental to the complete Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades at the Boissevain Maintenance Yard. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than October 17, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: October 31, 2025. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/08/14 05:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
