Question Deadline 05/08/2026 All inquiries about the Work or the Tender Documents shall be directed, in writing by email, or on the "Submit a Question" link on the e-Bidding Platform, at least five (5) Business Days before the Submission Deadline. The work includes the expansion of the Boissevain wastewater treatment lagoon for the Municipality of Boissevain-Morton. This involves construction of a new clay-lined aerated primary cell (#1), extension of the raw wastewater forcemain, upgrades to the existing lift station, relining of the existing facultative secondary cell and its conversion to an aerated primary cell (#2), installation of liquid level control structures, construction of a new operations building, implementation of flow monitoring, construction of two new SAGR cells, new effluent lift station, effluent forcemain and outfall structure, removal and land application of biosolids, decommissioning activities, and coordination with the pre-bid equipment supplier.
