Renovation of a mixed-use development in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Selmer is currently accepting bids for the installation of a new HVAC unit at the Selmer Parks and Recreation Department Community Center. The HVAC unit will service the game room, kitchen, supply room, and hallway. The Town of Selmer maintains the right to accept or reject any and all bids The Town of Selmer is seeking qualified contractors to replace the HVAC system atop the kitchen and game room at the Parks and Recreation Department Community Center. The project involves the removal of the existing unit and the installation of a new HVAC unit, ensuring it meets the specified requirements. 1. Removal of Existing HVAC Unit (possibly a 4 ton gas pack): - Disconnect and remove the existing HVAC unit. - Properly dispose of the old unit in compliance with local regulations. 2.
