PLEASE NOTE: The estimated value listed for this project is for searchability purposes only and does not reflect the actual construction budget as determined by the owner. It should not be used for estimation purposes at this time. For 2019 Selmer CDBG- Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Docs notes : Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning each set promptly and in good condition, will be refunded his payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning such a set will be refunded $50.00. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Contractor shall perform approximately 8,500 LF of 8, 10 and 12 sewer line rehabilitation by methods of pipe-bursting and dig & replace which will include service reconnections, point repairs as needed and manhole rehabilitation/replacement. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Hunter Hethcoat, E.E., Hethcoat & Davis at hunter.hethcoat@hdengr.com and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
