Site work for a mixed-use development in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.

The City of Selmer Department of Parks and Recreation is inviting closed bids for the remodel of the City Park pool house and pump room. Work to be completed includes, but is not limited to removal/replacement of all old water supply lines to include new shower heads and controls, removal/replacement of all doors, removal/replacement of rodent screens on all vents and windows, painting the ceiling throughout, and installation of exterior shutters.
