Site work for a water / sewer project in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
To clarify: The Pipe Segment 5-73_5-74 rehabilitation methodology is to be Dig and Replace Full Length and to reinstate taps on segment. Please refer to Addendum #1 for the Master Spreadsheet for more information regarding this. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 06/20/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Contact: Hunter Hethcoat at hunter.hethcoat@hdengr.com with written questions 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
