Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Selmer Parks and Recreation is inviting closed bids for the removal and rebuilding of two pavilions in Selmer City Park. Structure one is a 20'x40'x8' pole barn; structure two is a 24'x48'x8' pole barn. Work to be completed includes but is not limited to the removal and disposal of existing structures, all parts of the new structures (excluding electrical), and patching of any asphalt or concrete that may need repairing from previous structures.
