The Central Arizona Irrigation and Drainage District (CAIDD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) in accordance with ARS 41-2578. CAIDD aims to make a single award to a qualified firm for a professional services contract for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Upgrade Design and Installation project. This notice invites qualified firms to submit their SOQs. Evaluations will be based solely on non-pricing factors. In April 2024, CAIDD received a Water Conservation Grant Fund award to upgrade its SCADA system, aiming to conserve 900-1,000 acre-feet of water annually. The upgrade will address outdated control hardware, aging gate motors, and frequent sensor failures. The project is divided into three phases: Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring and Reporting. The project must begin in July 2024 and be completed by June 30, 2026. The scope includes civil and electrical engineering, computer programming, and systems integration.
