For Boiler Repair and Installation Services, in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Procurement Department. This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. The Work will consist of boiler repair and installation services at locations countywide. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Q & A deadline: Jul 03, 2024 6:00:00 PM EDT Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." For ORIGINAL Bid Bond drop-off, please call 408-491-7405 when you arrive at the front lobby. For ORIGINAL Bid Bond mailed through a 3rd party carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS), please email the tracking number to the Procurement Officer at Dan.Duong@prc.sccgov.org prior to bid due date. The Contractor must possess a C-4 Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Seam Fitting Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15. Contract duration: 1 year
