The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Fairfield Public Schools' (FPS) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to perform boiler cleaning services at (16) FPS facilities. There will not be a Pre-Bid but all bidders MUST be familiar with the locations and equipment prior to submitting a bid. To provide labor, materials, equipment, and all else necessary, to perform boiler cleaning services for multiple Fairfield Public Schools' (FPS) facilities, as detailed in the attached specifications. Bid proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "BID #2024-87" on the outside of the envelope, including all outer packaging, such as, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. Submissions received later than the time and date specified will not be considered. No proposal may be withdrawn within 90 days after the submission due date. Written requests for information will not be accepted after 4:30pm on Thursday, 27th June 2024 Questions concerning this bid must be submitted in writing and directed only to: Janiret Graham, Junior Buyer JGraham@fairfieldct.org The Town intends to award a twelve-month contract with four (4) one-year optional renewal terms. The initial contract year shall be effective upon the date of the notification of award to the Contractor through June 30th 2025
