Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Aerobic Digester Improvements Project No Bid Will Be Received Unless Accompanied By A Cashier's, Certified Or Bank Check Or A Bid Bond Equal To At Least Ten Percent (10%) Of The Maximum Bid, Payable To The Owner As A Guarantee That After A Bid Is Accepted, Bidder Will Execute And File The Agreement And 100 Percent Performance And Payment Bonds Within Ten Days After The Notice Of Award. The City Of Delta Wwtf Aerobic Digester Improvements Project Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following Components: 1. Demolition Of Existing Aerobic Digester Equipment 2. Installation Of New Blowers, Pumps, Process Piping, And Valves To Be Enclosed Within A New Adjacent Building 3. Installation Of All Electrical Wiring, Control Centers And Controllers, Hvac Equipment, And Completion Of All Associated Site Work Related To Improvements The City Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, To Waive Any Informality Or Technicality, And To Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Advantageous. Questions Are Due By July 17, 2024. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
