The scope of work includes stormwater management improvements at Dermond Recreational Area to include new HDPE Pipe, Inlets and stabilization. Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. The successful Bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written notice of acceptance of the Bid.
