SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for the purchase, installation, and commissioning of an E&H Promag W500 mag meter to include grounding rings. This Flow Meter is to be used at the Wurzbach pump station, well 4 location. Due to lay length of the current mag meter, this meter must be used to prevent from having to cut or add pipe to accommodate for another vendor flow meter. The contractor is responsible for making sure that SAWS protocol is followed with regards to the disinfection processes when installing the meter. This Promag W500 mag meter needs to carry a full 3 year non prorated warranty for the meter and a full 2 year non prorated warranty on the installation and commissioning. Or approved equal is not accepted. Electronic Bids can not be accepted after the specified date/ time. Sealed Bids received late will be returned; they will not be opened nor considered in the evaluation of the bid.
