In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond, the amount of the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of De Pere as liquidated damages. Pre-Qualification: Yes The letting of the contract is subject to the provisions of the following Wisconsin Statutes: Section 62.15 regarding Public Works. Section 66.0901(3) regarding Prequalification of Contractor. Each bidder shall pre-qualify by submitting proof of responsibility on forms furnished by the Director of Public Works. Such forms shall be filed with the Director of Public Works no later than 4:00 PM, Monday, July 8, 2024. Prospective bidders who have previously submitted such forms subsequent to January 1, 2024 will not be required to separately submit such forms for this project.
