Fire Station #7 Women's Locker Room Renovation. Scope of Work The City of Lincoln is requesting bids from qualified companies for construction services for Fire Station No. 7 Women's Locker Room Remodel at 1345 South Cotner Boulevard, Lincoln, NE 68510. The date and time for the Pre-Bid Meeting has been updated from what was advertised in the Lincoln Journal Star. Refer to the Activities tab for more information. All general inquiries regarding these specifications or other bid documents shall be directed via e-mail request to Jessica Mehrhoff, Assistant Purchasing Agent (jmehrhoff@lincoln.ne.gov). The estimated notice to proceed (NTP) date is August 8, 2024. Substantial Completion shall be achieved 21 days after Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be achieved by September 5, 2024
